How to onboard a new portal customer

1. Verify the customer has at least one active sales order in FlexOps.
2. Visit /hubstation/portal-admin and click Enable portal.
3. Configure approved ship-to addresses on the customer record.
4. Send the magic-link invite via Settings → Portal invitations.
5. Watch /admin/access-requests for the first sign-in to confirm.

If the customer has multiple buyers, repeat step 4 for each.
